I bought a house in CA a few years back that had a backyard shed that was transformed into living space (guest house).

I have a spirit of servant leadership and a genuine passion for helping others.

And everyone I talked to had a genuine excitement for the city, the real estate market and the future.

Most or all people that they interview on the show truly have a genuine reason behind there success. 

Way too much risk especially when they could do a short sale and genuinely be done with it and move on without the possibility that you may default on the mortgage and then they’re back in foreclosure again...
