Obviously, it has a chance of being biased.

Your phrase "geared towards getting rookies in the door for a free seminar... then attempting to sell a 3 day training that costs $1,000." is one take, with a slight bias on our program.  

I use to work with a small 3 man team subcontracted under a bigger G.C, so maybe my opinion is bias.

Most areas of the country now have local rules governing how many unmarried people can occupy a room.For example, some areas say you can't put more than two kids in a bedroom and they must be the same gender.So, if you have a two bedroom house or apartment for rent and someone comes to you with 4 kids, as long as they are all the same gender or split 50/50 you can't refuse to rent on that basis.

I'm biased, but I think you are sitting in a great area to get started in.

ha haSeriously though, local clubs are great, I run one so I am biased, but I have seen so many be so successful because of them.

However, his opinion would definitely biased.
