We had the inspections and it came back as needing a lot more work than I anticipated, for instance water lines were PVC pipes, not copper because the handyman didn’t want to spend the money on the copper piping.

Almost blew up when the gas was turned on due to an uncapped pipe but that is a story for another day.

Recipient holders never believe me and eventually you get exhausted having the conversation.  

Some people/ entrepreneurs will work side gigs for additional income after they have exhausted all available, and profitable hours that can be devoted to their primary gig. 

If I had no monthly regular income in the pipe line, I will not try to get me burned with more debts.

That way, the water won’t freeze inside the pipe and thus bursting the pipe.

We are looking for a CPA and have 4 rentals - 2 active and 2 in the pipe and try to keep one flip running all the time (4 completed so far).  

I've recently had some drama in dealing with sewer pipe repair, and I would appreciate your advise.Soon after my tenant moved in, she encountered problems with plumbing. 

The property include 24 units.What is your experience with epoxy-lined piping?

The HVAC tech was able to take apart the vent pipes in the attic, but was unable to go on the roof and check the top portion of the pipe or change the vent cap.
