I imagine this model evolved from the real estate sales agency model where the agent oversees all aspects of a transaction, but the relationship with the client in a property management situation is very different than that of a buyer or seller.There is a valuable take-away here.

Quite frankly, more importantly is the fiscal policy piece that demands a government that spends prudently for the benefit of the American economy and the American people within its parameters, I just don't feel it understands what the true parameters are especially since we can off the gold standard and those parameters evolved.
