Hi all-Getting close to closing on a prop about 90 miles from where I live. 

I live in Charlotte and would prefer a multi-family investment property that is within a 3-4 hour drive so I'm considering areas that include: Charlotte, Raleigh / Research Triangle, Charleston, and Atlanta.

Is the basement legally considered living space?

I live in the greater Nashville area.

I lived in Carlisle for 10 years or so.

She moved out exactly a month if stay there and they left the place filthy also her son is not on the contract and I been told that many of them were living there while contract has only two people.

That way, her limited funds can go toward her own living expenses. 

And you probably need money for living expenses.

The lighting is a little dark in the picture but this will be a lovely/bright kitchen and living room for our next resident.

We live well, have a nice house which I built from the ground up and saved 200k off the top.
