I like this idea, so we can still maximize the rest of the .19 acre lot for some outdoor entertainment and parking for all the units.  

Or bring a sitter with you, and that person could entertain your toddler away from the group, while you focus on the group talk. :) One thing is for sure--find a way to meet up and do it! 

I think I can’t go wrong holding onto it, just entertaining the thought of letting that equity do more for me from a sale.

I just found out yesterday that in an area I am researching for an STR, it was announced last week that the local township is in final talks to build a $350 million dollar entertainment complex about 20 minutes from the location I am looking at. 

After learning some lessons, good or bad, I would entertain more the idea of services you have described. 

Imagine how much more entertaining and accessible learning about dull topics note investing, raising money, or personal finance would be if BP simply had the subject matter experts write the books and sent the manuscripts over to the 'burg to get a dose of extra literary flair.
