This approach allows our clients to enjoy consistent bookings, great reviews, and higher returns on their properties than a average or mom and pop operator. 

My goal is to become a full time family man, and my current field doesn’t provide that opportunity. 

It seems like you enjoy being active and using your hands so maybe the BRRRR method (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat) is your best bet as you could save some money and do plenty on your own, you could also do a live in flip potentially and sell it or rent it out later.

@Lamar AthillWhen it comes to Wholesaling it is important to understand that it actually revolves more about marketing then actual "Real estate-ing"you market for off-market sellers while market for buyers to get that spread.It is relatively easy to get into the field, but takes a bit of work to make it sustainable on an ongoing basis.I would say the first thing is to really understand the buyer criteria your markets and what houses are desirable and point your efforts there.

To begin investing in real estate, learn first, set financial goals, analyze finances, study markets, make friends in the field, get a loan, start with small properties, check all details, plan how to manage them, and choose renters carefully.
