Hi i own commercial building with 6 1-bed and three retail stores in it and 2 1bed houses and sfh so im interested in networking in Des monies or ames or anywhere within 50 miles of Boone also looking to start group this fall in my area to find private lenders and investors in my market and community.

I want to point out that there is most definitely an element of economy of scale here - most profitable lenders need a team of people with specific skills to lend efficiently and profitably.

I do live close by to a school, hospital, grocery store, gas station.

Most folks struggle to get over the hump and never invest because every property comes with an element of risk. 

But most of the people I personally know running these syndications...I wouldnt trust them to run a corner store.

I just looked at my deed/title and under the grantee information my grantee mailing address is an old UPS store box I had.

That would be like giving paystubs to the grocery store when buying a gallon of milk.... 

All of the elements of an easement by necessity (or prescriptive easement, depending upon the facts) would need to be satisfied... read SD case law to find out what would need to be proven.
