In some cases its a friend, it could be a Realtor you know but there has to be eyes and ears at the site on a regular basis watching out for your investment.

High speed internet, nest thermostat, ring doorbell, etc.  

I was at a yard sale recently (I always keep my ears open at yard sales) and the owner starts telling me about this website...

They put people into boxes with broad strokes, usually accomplish nothing, and end up with everyone in their own corner of the ring in an online version of Wrestlemania. 

Talking to loan officers having everything in a three ring binder or scroll binder.

I've even moved all hist stuff out of the area, and barricaded that unused entry way (plywood and nails), and posted no trespassing signs, only to have him tear it all down and move back in before the next morning.My biz partner gave the police an earful, and they said they'd patrol the area more frequently (stop by whenever they're around), but I'm not too confident that anything will be done.So, I'm brainstorming for some options.
