So even if they are oh wow did you still have to make sure that there are enough slots available for you to use your unit that you purchase as a rental

If your doing roof, hot water heater, heating, flooring and kitchen then capex might be ok but $65/month is only $780 a year which is not s lot.

And once you get over 10, you're going to be out of slots for a conventional and will have to do commercial.Doing the 5 to 10 loans was a huge pain in the neck.

That way you have straight cash flow from the 1 paid-off home and have freed-up one slot so-to-speak so you can purchase another property under your personal name and not go the commercial loan route.
