Colton Smith - who shares a name with a mixed martial arts fighter - is still listed as an associate director of the Salt Lake City office of Marcus & Millichap Capital CorporationDavid Early - who shares a name with the now deceased actor - was a little more difficult to locate, but appears to now be involved with The Donald and continues to design marketing and sales products.

As a full time Director of IT for a hospital, I don't need the income to live day to day therefore my intentions are to reinvest all cash-flow back into the business.So here I am, looking for knowledge as I start my path to retirement stability.

I have progressed through my career from designer to coder to director to business owner and now back to a job I would never have thought to be in, business developement. i think I have grown out of my romantisism of design and matured into realizing what I really love doing, which is dealing with people.

This house is in a townhome association, of which I on the Board of Directors, so the insurance is low, but the dues make up for that. 

How will distributions of capital be made between investors and other members or stockholders, officers and directors?

Giving yourself the title of  CEO / President when you are older but only a 1 man operation is also common and pretty much ignored.One person I know that is a in their 40's and is a one man shop gave himself the title of 'Director of Acquisitions' .

Once total exposure hits $1 million the board of directors have to sign off on it so it takes even longer.
