There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1. 

I don't think a RE license course is going to go deep into creative finance.

Most of the first page now seems like its sponsored ads so I typically will go several pages deep when researching something.

So, those who have been hit with there financing adjusting to triple and quadruple the money cost, slingshotted from life in the green to being deep in the red.

Do you want it to be just a weekend drive away or are you comfortable with locations where you need to fly?

As for pricing, if you dig deep you'll find that Hostaway costs about $50/mo per unit but all that is on a "case by case" basis.

Hi ,I personally own a condo-tel in florida , I have to say they are all different and you will have to get deep in the condo docs.It may be profitable or not .
