Gwen, Monte is nice, but the city is very slow to take down their cute Christmas decorations.  

You ought to be clear about how it is to be used.Will is be used as flooring, decorative interior or exterior siding, etc.?

All 3 are inhabited, and vary greatly in furnishings, decorations, and landscape.
