But anyways, I did not mean to make a case to bash wholesalers or any "9-5" job;  I did not get into this to quit what I do for a living, but rather to make enough money someday through investing that I could do my nonprofit work for free because I love doing it. you both have careers you are proud of and  still have enough time in the end of the day to cyber bully each other – isn't that the American dream after all?

most contractors do not have the money to litigate I see that as an empty threat.. if he is licensed which he needs to be in CA.. 

One upside to the threat of eviction is that Section 8 tenants do not want an eviction because (I'm told) it can jeopardize their future eligibility for subsidies. 

With that said, there is a constant threat of a change in regulation, and my Palm Desert property will have it's short term license taken away at the end of 2019 (along with all R1 licenses) if the laws stay as they stand. 

The threat of these may help bring resolution. 

@Andrew Gingerich  I don't think many in the US understand the quality of life that can be lived in that valley.No real threats of major storms or twisters..

I don't think we're past the threat of a global theocractic dictator killing significant numbers of his subjects with nuclear weapons, but I doubt that will reach the proportions of an extinction event.
