I used Zapier before but it isn't so convenient to use for email into podio because a different email has to be created for each item in an app.

If there is an appliances left over from a previous tenant or there is one in the unit when you buy the property let the new tenants know that you left it for their convenience but you will not clean, replace or repair it. 

Most people take a shower just because it's quicker and more convenient but many people like the "luxury" of being able to take a bath on a weekend or if they want to relax on an evening off.

Also it's an app on smart phones, so it's really convenient.

Sounds like you did not do any homework and its going to kick you in the butt and it sounds like you gambled on this one. 

Definitely up, so the gamble on rates cannot go your way.I had one ARM in the past, and it went my way when it adjusted, but only because the market collapsed.

But if it's not under contract by then, for my convenience, I'd just hand over the keys early and let them move over the last week of the month.Brian

The reason I sold was that I was self managing and moved too far away to conveniently manage it.I have continued with multis on the premise that more units under one roof, one structure to maintain, and one set of plowing produces a better return.
