Hey BP peeps,When seeking a HELOC, does anyone know of a financial institution that works well with clients that lack W2 income?

That is a recipe for disaster, and if it gets around there are hundreds of people that will provide him compelling ways to lose it all in "good" investments.Alas, financial self-education is something that is hard-won and severely lacking in this country.  

Hello @Jordan Wisser,I agree with you regarding competition heating up if/when rates drop.

It does seem competitively priced for the area.If anyone has insights into how the existing HELOC might impact the mortgage assumption or tips for negotiating on a deal like this, I’d greatly appreciate it.

A mix of competitive pricing on airbnb-- it's not the same pricing as a STR---remember that.

It also has become a popular travel destination over the last 5 years or so, so there has been an increase in competition in the STR space as well. 

As for the marketing of the notes and the claim of lack of disclosure those are separate issues while serious for sure those issues when/if proven correct are not going to get your or any note investors money back.. ( which I hope is the goal of most note investors in this) those issue's are to put those folks basically out of business..

I think I am more frustrated with the lack of communication from their end.

One thing it's lacking is with its API integrations with 3rd parties.
