I also did think of section 8 or another elderly geared facility with shops/PT&OT clinic, there is already a set up for a pharmacy, a coffee shop, & a restaurant.

That has been cleared out and they just built a local specialty clinic on one end.

This house my issue is about, it's 2 miles from my wife's veterinary clinic. 

My wife’s clinic will occupy 1200 sqft and I want to lease the other 1200 sqft to an oil company that is ready to sign a 2 year lease (they currently occupy another 1200 sqft unit within the complex).Asking price is $150/sqft, totaling 360K.

My wife dropped off the lockbox and picked up the keys and they refused to provide the security deposit(I would have resolved this in person, but I'm in clinical 16hrs/day).

We have a strong medical industry here with some large hospitals (Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, etc).

They are looking to begin the 1st Clinical Trial on Mistletoe as a treatment for cancer and are 89% of the way to their funding goal of $300K.
