Does anyone have any experience doing FSBO with an interested buyer? I"m planning on getting an appraisal/comps to help with pricing, but willing to do the majority of legwork myself as the seller.

If you can afford some nice furniture/linens it's worth a shot. 

It's a clever idea and one I hope can be put into action.

Depending on the size of the home, its a large investment to furnish a property for short term rentals so that is something to consider, it could cost 20k in furniture/linens/kitchen equipment and dishes.

We have guests bringing everything (pillows, linens, towels, and bed sheets).

Are there any clever ways to liberate my equity as cash? 

They have a ton of what they call "commercial grade linens" and a ton of furniture too.

That number could be every bit as phony as the email itself.I've been hit with multiple attempts, referring to closings in the next few days - which were not scheduled at all.These thieves are clever and sophisticated.  

Did y’all find giving your Company a clever name had any positive effects on your company or do y’all just keep it simple and not put to much thought into it ?
