When you go to college, you pay to go to learn from a professor that claims to be able to help you make all the money you've ever dreamed of, earning with the top in your chosen profession.

The chosen lender will pre-underwrite your loan to evaluate the risks related to your credit, capacity, and the condition of your collateral.

I know many investors like to be 'all in' in some form of investing, be it equities, real estate, crypto, gold, etc, but personally, I think that diversification is critical to protecting your assets.

They want him OUT asap or contributing some rent, but for whatever reason they have chosen to do nothing over the last decade except stockpile resentment toward him. 

I enjoy this type of consulting and have really been happy to help just to acquire new clients and continue to grow.Where this gets a little messy is I've chosen to take real estate exam and get licensed in order to buy/sell our own properties & investments, but also to assist a few clients who specifically requested I get a license so I can help them buy directly (rather than thru other agents).My question is whether I can legally still offer this type of consulting to other agents clients once I'm licensed? 

Wanted to check to see if anyone is actually using bitcoin/crypto in their real estate ventures.

They probably do exist, but the ones I've encountered have clients who do a lot of things such as regular employees, small business owners, investors in a variety of things such as other small businesses (private equity), real estate, stocks, crypto, commodities, etc.Basically you just want to find someone who has enough clients doing real estate that they do understand the complexities involved and the implications of taking various positions (such as real estate professional status).

I've got ~$30k that I have stashed away in stocks + crypto that would be easy to liquidate.

Up to this point I have only ever invested into crypto and I plan to take some profits out of there by the end of this year to use for getting my first single family.
