You have to screen the company to verify they hold the appropriate licenses, insurance, etc.

It has been very easy to return or get items replaced when they arrive broken.

Reno properly, screen properly and do the paperwork, YES thats it 

Do not skip your screening!

So, there is no moral argument, it's all smoke screen there.
