Essentially, I was carrying so much stress around, my brain and body would sort of short circuit and I'd end up with a full on seizure - the whole enchilada with a crash to the floor and muscular spasms and contractions for anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes.  

While the court may find in your favor....good luck actually collecting from her.Also I do suggest that if you end up in court....or in front of any sort of disciplinary body like the Boston Fair Housing Commission....you absolutely must get a lawyer.

I am 20 years old and graduated high school with the honors of both Valedictorian and Student Body President ( graduated with a small class of 122 students)I have been involved in investing for about 2 years have assisted with flipping my brothers homes @Jordan Atkin ( approximately  20 homes in 2 years) during this time frame. 

My dad came and put . 1 little slab of mud on the wall and said his body couldn't handle it.

The average DOM is 30 days and 30 days to close with a conventional buyer.Bob has a gambling problem, and Guido is going to break every bone in Bob's body if he doesn't cough up $50,000 by Monday.

I plan to go speak to all the tenants once the deal is closed and see how they react to possible rent increase and covering utilities.  

Making great money requires a "body of knowledge" not just an ear full!
