Hi @Steve Bracero and @Andrew Beaver, I'm in about the same spot you two were 8 months ago.

I would guess to say it is because either drain dams are being used properly or the areas that were going to be issues have already been drained.

I love the help. and its one of my life goals to have a house down the shore in NJ but I was afraid of the off-season vacancy but dam 60% down the shore in off season is great @Neil Patel      keep it up !
