Details on my mortgage - Interest bearing Principle $197,000Deferred Principle $95,440Interest rate 4.7%20 year loan with 18 years left.I wanted to pay $7,000 extra a month for the Deferred Principle  but the lender company told me I cannot pay on the deferred principle while there is a interest principle and thats need to be paid off first.So my question is if i put a extra $7000 a month on the interest principle and pay off that early would I still have the remaining years to make payments on the deferred principle?

One option is to start all cash and then bring leverage to bear later, either when purchasing additional properties or by cashing out some of the equity in the all cash property to facilitate the purchase of additional property.So, continue to do your homework on Roofstock or other turnkey providers.

I certainly don't think that the bear market will go on forever, but many signs point towards more price appreciation in the next couple years....after that, your crystal ball is as good as mine:) We've pretty much seen 10% price growth every year for the last 8 years, and average (not median) home price at the end of Dec 2017 was 470k.
