How did you recover? I

@Michael Lee- Thanks for the encouragement and I commend you for staying strong through your recovery even though it has taken much longer than you anticipated, I can only imagine how difficult that must be.  

I would strongly recommend speaking to the listing agent about knocking down the price or asking for recovery.

When you don't know how to do something as an athlete, what do you do?  

A hand dug well wont supply thousands of gallons , the recovery rate is too slow.

And as this faux 'recovery' is merely a 'reinflated bubble' as par, it ultimately matters not whether the PTB (Powers That Be) are in near complete control of another 'controlled demolition?'

We just had a big drop and big recovery versus your steady market.
