As a SFR investor for over 15 years I have been wrestling with this question in the past, because it feels like you should upgrade to "bigger".I know for sure that I would not enjoy the ownership experience that comes with a small 4F, because in Milwaukee that typically also means lower income tenants. 

Until this point, I had nothing but great experiences with Norada's referrals in other markets, so I put my trust in them here as well.As a veteran, I saved the money for these investments during my time on active duty and while working as a contractor in Afghanistan and Iraq for over five years.

I will not know that until I climb under the house and into the attic etc... for inspectionThe area is close to things and is not in a indicated crime location and has a very nice open lot area on the corner with it but again assuming the tenants stay and lease I am looking at that as a smaller issue..Thanks for bringing up the concerns but I have tried to do my due diligence but do not really know is the analyzing aspect has missed something major.

All of the lease signing and tenant vetting is the same as a normal lease.

Your looking at this really cool and unique position your in, and focusing on it as a problem.
