I see a couple options but perhaps there are some ways you can point out -1) Suck it up and get a "real" job with w-2 income again2) Put the ambition away for awhile until I have more cash on hand3) Pound away looking for seller financing deals4) ???

i have ambition & drive flowing out of my ***, but my way of finding properties is one dimensional....MLS is my only source at the moment.

I think they're just waiting for their bailout.They built out of pride and if you approach real estate filled with prideful ambition, it will eat you alive.

This is what stops people: hanging around negative people, ignorance/low skillset, lack of capital, no determination, low self esteem, fear, and lack of ambition are just a few traits that stop people from doing their first deal.
