I see a couple options but perhaps there are some ways you can point out -1) Suck it up and get a "real" job with w-2 income again2) Put the ambition away for awhile until I have more cash on hand3) Pound away looking for seller financing deals4) ???

I suspect that the countries where people have more respect for the wealthy and aspire to be like them have at least as many inherited wealthy people and crooked wealthy people as the rest of the world.As the countries that followed Marx showed, it is much better to harness the greed and ambition inherent in humans than to try to prevent it in an attempt to stop the small number of wealthy people who do not deserve their wealth.

As far as training that's more of a limitation to the owners knowledge and ambition to learn of dog behavior, unless the owner takes it to a dog trainer.
