I feel really bad for the LP who simply created the post seeking for help and guidance (and as it turns out will lose their entire investment, which it appears the sponsor did not care to notify them about), only to be met with vindictive attitude vs. one of humility and compassion.

Urban areas like Austin and Dallas are appealing for growth potential and job markets, but the suburbs and smaller towns offer more unique opportunities (lower entry costs and a steady flow of families and retirees seeking affordability and space).

I know that the likelihood of a confrontational tenant seeking us out is low, though this doesn’t mean that I or others should not look for as many avenues as possible to avoid such problems if that is our preference.
