I've seen some posts arguing about design and color scheme choices that are in and out of style in rehabs and flips so I figured I would give my first hand advice.

I have already lined up a professional property manager (the STR is out-of-state) and a design team (we are upgrading every room in the house and adding a ton of amenities). 

From what I understand, it's designed to replace a traditional security deposit.

STR you will spend more on design and furniture than MTR.
