Please advise what steps I need to take to avoid fines or imprisonment as stated in attached leter.

Im wondering if there's anyone who can help advise me on this process or the initial steps I should take.

I have a property in CA that I want to put into an LLC.A lawyer advised me to register my LLC in Nevada and then complete the foreign entity process for the LLC to also be registered in California, where the property is. 

I advise you to avoid Homevestors like the plague.

Some financial advisers are taking a commission on asset under management every year.

Your lender will likely base the loan off just one income/credit though (at least that's how my lenders have done it)I would personally advise against it - life is a windy road and you never know when one of you may want out of the deal even if both have full intent to stay in from the onset.
