It sounds like you're ok for capital expenditures, but if you want to be ultra conservative put in an additional $140 - $170 per month for capex.I'd be interested to see how the numbers look on the BP calculator.

A lot of that stuff taught in school students never use in real life unless they have specific professions that require it.There are programs on the market now in Excel where they have Macro's and you simply input numbers and solve for XX return.Residential is definitely less math intensive whereas commercial where value is mostly based off of calculations it is ultra important to have at least mastered the basics.
