Unlike the stock market, where tens of thousands of analysts are analyzing most every stock out there, real estate is an inefficent market where a determined and savvy investor can search out and exploit market opportunities before the herd discovers them.I feel like there should be an American flag waving behind me right now with the Star Spangled Banner playing in the background, but to me real estate is what America and capitalism are all about: with some hard work, determination, guts and grit _anyone_ can succeed in this great land of opportunity.

We need to stop all this illegal activity, so I suggest we place policeman at every escrow office and place these law breakers under arrest when they come out with a commission check, so contact your local police department and suggest they stop this crime wave.

The problem was that the clients would quickly abandon these efforts.As for security, web apps are the wave of the future, but yours is a legitimate concern.

I wouldn't much mind a positive cash flow of $700+ per month.I know the VA loans come with more stringent conditions but one has to adjust, if I have to deal with the hassle because of lack of cash then I'll deal with the hassle.Life's a sign wave, one must adjust to the flow.
