I live in Korea where my current employment has me and my teenagers are in high school. 

We are Atlanta's little teenage brother growing up (fast) We are all lucky to be in a booming city basically still many years of growth left I have to disagree on this being a good buy and hold market on most markets.

I'm 46 - - no college degree and have never had a 'job' other than my teenager jobs.

Born and raised in the dmv, granted I was a teenager during 08 but we basically had as big as a decline as anywhere but a much faster recovery.

I have been in business since my teenage years and currently run a medical /health operation. 

Plus, two active teenage Daughters.I.  

I have 3 adults children, 1 teenager and 1 grandbaby. 

My advice would be to read the latest book from Bigger Pockets: First to a Million: A Teenager's Guide to Achieving Early Financial Independence. 

My family had no choice; we ran out of room (I bought this property 9 years ago when I was single...ever had a wife & teenage daughter try to share a bathroom together?).

When we showed up to check on repairs, we once found three teenage girls smoking a bong in the kitchen.Upon moving into the house we learned that the heat does not work, there is no hot water, and only half of the house has electricity.
