I am 31, originally from Brazil, lived in Orange County, California for 8 years, and moved to NC for a job.

Any locals in the Long Beach, Orange County or Los Angeles county area have time and want to help me set up  this AirBNB system on a few of my units?

Only saving grace is that while other cities like Los Angeles, Orange County, SF, San Jose, reached their peak and established new peaks.

As a lender it is hard to put investors in properties in LA, Orange or San Diego counties as the  investment properties have so little cash flow. 

if anyone has a New Jersey contact Im wholesaling a double duplex in Orange County.

I am currently in the process of saving money to get my first deal started.The big obstacle that I am facing is that I live and work in Orange County, CA where the average home is over $400k. 

I know that in markets such as Orange County the cap is much higher because you can't buy a condo for 417k.

However, we could list our home tomorrow for $140K.Clearly I understand that I'm comparing apples to oranges bc a mobile home is not officially real estate and our house is.My point is, I think (and I could be wrong) that I could rehab this property and sell it for $27K.Thank you all for the input, this really helps as BP is my one and only location for industry professionals to weigh in on this situation.I know my first deal won't be... well, ideal.
