when we thought we were close to emptying we found under the porch full too , hahaha . it never ended . found some photos from nazi germany, bayonet's , hitler stamps...... also they started a rock and minerals club and we hauled about 3 tons of stones too . i guess it all worked out , because i now have another hoarder house with over 50,000 books !

One thing I did not know that I found out was that many builders separate mineral rights from the land AND then make you pay for the lot.

@Charlie Miner if you can qualify for it without your home being fully rented then this probably won't be too much of a problem.
