My son lives 2 hrs away and could check it once in a while but I don't want to put it on him.Are there any sites/groups that have people that would bring their own sheets and towels, clean up afterwards etc...?

The loan is with you, not with your tenant, so none of that means anything to them - in fact because you live in one unit and it's under 4, if you were self-managing you don't even have to abide by fair housing laws (at least on the federal level).

I've been following the build-to-rent method for some time and even lived in one for 2 years.

They have many servicesWe used them for our living trust -didn’t deal directly with mark but people were Knowledgeable and was easy to work with

I used to live in Tokyo for 6 years and would like to find a reason to go back more regularly but let me know if you want to connect!
