You can join Facebook groups and even on Meetup you can find investor groups. 

I came across BP - and the resources and community here are just so vast and meaningful, I had to join.

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

I join Bigger pocket a few months back when my wife and I decided to no longer allow the Salary bribe control our lives.  

Why I have private lenders loans Because I join groups and pay membership to be around people that are doing what I’m doing and more.Because I am not shy in telling people what I do and what I’m looking for.

I have someone trying to gaslight me on facebook now because they are claiming they can offer investors 30% cash on cash return for notes - which they just joined the note group.

Just joining BP but this is my area of expertise, we manage 50 properties (own 43 of those) for sober living specifically.
