A short time ago customer service would answer requests in under a day, now I guess due to rapid growth customer service   is not as good.Have any other members had similar situations or see warning signs in the crowdfunding space?

If it's a solid concrete pad, there is some new product (like expanding foam) that they can shoot in under pressure and raise it up a couple of inches.

Several of our farm areas have houses priced right at ARV going in under 5-days, with multiple offers and a final sale price $20k above asking.I've told people recently that, if you can't sell a house in a decent area of DFW right now, you're stupid.  ;-)

The area is mostly surrounded by single-family homes, not too inundated by condos that I know of.
