So you better find something that cash flows or you’d be better off putting the money in a bank CD. 

Being an introvert is actually better than being an extrovert.

Taking on issues the seller is not willing or able to cope with can score you a better deal.

Some get better, some worse.The answer isn't a quick "go here" an invest.

Maybe screen better next time, or get a experienced property manager.

Realistically, one checking account and an accounting system will meet all your needs and keep your business better organized than 7+ bank accounts.If you want to collect bank interest from excess cash, add a savings account.
