Ive identified a few key cities that have lots of room to grow but just wanted to hear from an investors stand point about my market.  

As it stands the only real debt is the revolving debt of our credit card, which as I stated, is paid in full every month.

My credit score stands at 780.

At least spread the fee out over the tenancy, standing behind your placement choice.  

So we are gearing up to ask for the full 11K and to have the expert do the work instead of them.

Here is where I stand and this is my question:Just like us all, my goal is to reach financial freedom.

Be that as it may, I will stand by what I wrote as a practical matter.

Its been standing for the past 30 years and I did not notice any concerns with settlement, etc. 

Every few days to a week a neighbor cleans up the alley in the back of their property and at the curbside in the front of their property because she simply can't stand the sight of the trash they seem to purposely drop.  

That normally occurs when the prohibitive zoning is geared towards preservation and open area.
