Was it one you found on your own or were you directed to it?  

I’ve already found some potential buyers interested in the deals.However, one buyer has recommended that I terminate my contracts with the owner and instead work directly with them.

Like in my mind that is truly the last thing on earth that I could imagine to mess up my real estate investment plans with some idiot with a stolen car crashing into your property and escaping and I imagine how you felt when you found out.  

Some have found that to be popular and guests bring the basket up often in reviews or privately. 

I’m also aware there could be tax advantages to running a rental business, which could help offset the shortfall.I’ve had experience with short-term rentals in the past, but I found them to be a headache.

I pull all my copies , approved plans from the county , footer inspections , final inspections , AND I found a copy of the code from 2002 . 

After some investments in amenities (primarily hot tubs), our last 3 months have averaged 12k/m.This property is owned outright, and due to the size of the property, the small square footage of the units, and the lack of comps in the area we have found it difficult to lock down any refinancing.

Title might be confusing, I'm asking for help or input on what other people have found success doing, not claiming to have any sort of sound strategy myself!!
