rich, i know brown bag. i used it in my old house. my wife liked the name (and that's how she chooses paint colors for the most part). we used brown bag as an accent wall with dapper tan on the others....

We're considering:Replacing decent bathroom countertop with granite ($200)New bathroom faucet ($80)New bathroom light fixture ($40)Spraying basement ceiling black ($700) - basement is finished and ceiling currently painted tan but black is all the rage around hereAnd here's the biggy - resod the backyard.  ($1400)The re-sod project is tricky. 

Tanning the leather for my shoes Making my shoes Making my own car Working on my own car Building my own house Growing my own food Carrying cash to pay for things instead of using the banking system Running my own water purification system and sewage treatment plants and on and on and on It doesn't matter if I could do all those things in only 16 hours each week leaving all that other time to do whatever else.

Transferring titls isn;t an issue for me since I son't need to.  

You owe it to those you are allowing him to be around to get the information.As for felons, we have used many felons on our construction jobs over the years, usually no more tan 2-3 at a time.
