I would not recommend this as something to lean on for consistent extra savings as it will be difficult to drum up clientele at first unless you already have strong connections.

Unlicensed, non-running vehicles can be very costly to remove in many areas; tires, drums full of who-knows-what; construction debris...these are just a few items you could find once someone stops paying the rent on their storage.

I'm trying not to use the word that rhymes with "drum-board," but you know what I mean.And from an economic point of view, he seems to have made a very nice business out of it, amassing a pile of rentals that throw off a ton of cash flow.

You dont need a CPA yet as the business isnt large enough and you dont have to have an LLC, though a basic one would serve you well.Spend some time drumming up deals! 

It's a very hot market and many people are cold-calling in an effort to drum up a deal.

There are a number of investors that would be more than happy to take leads that you have drummed up..

Then it takes the business skills to leverage any opportunities you drum up... communicating with the people, and being able to meet people in person, handle objections, and close the deal.

You're most likely going to want to hire this out.You actually need at least 3 different machines to get it done right (drum sander, edger, finish sander.)
