The fee cannot be interest, a finance charge, liquidated damages, or a penalty.

Lots of structural damage, and the entire area is still without water and power for the most part.  

Only if you can prove monetary damages due to negligence or fraud.

If I was them, I would sue you for damages.

Cutting back vegetation etc.The home probably got more deferred maintenance, water damage evident even in this video.

We do charge a fee and cover any damage or extra cleaning for our clients. 

Broke down the doors and stole all of my mechanicals + material on-site (resulting in ~$30K worth of damage)I just had a contractor walkthrough and talk to neighbors and apparently there is now a homeless man who has been sleeping upstairs (he wasn't present, however bedding was present).

I know this is not going to be immediate...I will be making mistakes, I just want to minimize the damage of those mistakes!
