:cry: new at this.....found a maufactered home that might be good for flippping....not sure....question is how to know :shock: ....the sqft price is really LOW, :D the location is GREAT :D ....but not sure if it has water damage...the carpet is wet :crying: ....what to do..... all other problems can be solved with paint or soap and water.....appreciate some insight .....

For us, there are no supplies included, we are providing all supplies. they will of course wash linens, refill soaps and stuff and make the cabin guest ready.Thank you everyone for your inputs. much appreciated.

The tenants have not complained, but I have noticed that it flushes very slow, has no 'power' to the flush, and you sometimes need to flush multiple times to get it to go down if there is anything but liquid in it.Well then the other day the tenant sends me some pictures of the toilet filling up with soap bubbles.

I later figured out that the soap/shampoo over time reacts chemically with the copper line and corrodes it.That is all I can come up with at the moment, but gives you a few more ideas before you open up walls.

If there is any mold there, it's because the walls or pipes or conduit are dirty, and the mold is growing on that dirt.Dawn (or similar dish soaps) increase the surfactancy of water.
