I currently own a duplex and tri-plex outside Pittsburgh metro.

I dont see much of the SF penninsula being a target for landlords these days especially with SFRs  MF sure plex's sure.. but SFR are so expensive I really wonder how many folks buy those with the intentions of renting them.

I am working with a lender that can liquidate credit cards for 10% to use on a down payment on a Tri-plex.

You can get up to a 4 plex.

Anyone have recommendations for Property Managment in Birmingham for a four plex?

Just for reference you can get a duplex for $330-500 & a 4 plex for $500-$800K
