For #1, it sounds like it was just a matter of the chain getting caught on the toilet handle.

They can do a bank-to-bank transfer, walk in to a branch with a personal check, cash, money order, wampum....it matters not; as long as the rent is paid to that account via the deadline.I love this tip.

Hi Jeff,National chains have tenant rep brokers to screen sites for them before they show to the real estate area managers that work for the national chains.National chains are VERY PICKY on sites.

Not the little key chain ones though.
