It’s exciting and nerve racking but once you get your first deal done you’re confidence and skills will grow and you’ll be well on your way.  

Grills may not be kept or used on or under the wooden decks, or within 3 feet of a building.

We also put "Please take off your shoes" signs, along with a shoe rack, right inside the front door, to limit dirt traction.

This seems to be a very difficult concept to comprehend.Property Managers are not an off-the-rack commodity that perform equally. 

I was paying out of pocket for nearly a year and racking up credit card debt, making repairs just to try to get it rent ready again to pass inspection.

I didn't owe anything, but I had sold my car to someone who racked up several thousand in parking fines and then promptly disappeared so they tried to flip the charges back on me as I was the only one left with money to collect.I called an attorney who sent them a cease and desist letter along with a warning that they would be liable for substantial damages if they ever contacted me again (and we would sue if they did).

We decided to replace wooden windows in a 2300sf flip we were doing, instead of rebuild them on a 1908 house.   

I see lawyers heavily involved with deals in Chicago and it appears New York I have done a lot of Chi Rack but nothing in New york. 

A typical turnover can be a month or 2 of vacancy and $2-10k in make-ready costs (cleaning, paint, flooring, appliances, towel racks, vanities, etc. that gets beat up and broken norma wear and tear).
