We were married recently, and when we add in our wedding gifts with what we have been saving on our own for years, we feel that we are finally ready to pull the trigger on our first property purchase.We actually live about 90 minutes south of the ski area that we are looking to invest in, but it is an area that I am very familiar with as I have been going there my whole life.

People rent it for weddings, family reunions, etc for maybe $150-200 per day per end.

We started a local art gallery and held events like weddings and other entertainment.

I'm closing on my first sub to deal this Wed from reireply marketing to a 30-60-90 list. 

Don't care if you get covid, have a wedding to go to, have season tickets, have a day job, etc. 

There is one house 6709 Amsel Ave in Canton , they have had on the market for a year, as of Wed this week,  Just expired on the MLS listing.

We as investors have to think differently from a newly wed first time home buyer that can overpay based on emotions.
