I used that and a flat floor mop made for laminate with washable pads (pretty sure I used only 1 pad/ cover and roses it a bit when needed then tossed it after the job).

Here are my thoughts....Initially I was going satin or eggshell on walls but a former apartment maintenance guy, told me to forget about the need for washable paint!

I now provide pre-cut thick plastic washable shelf liners and actually have a clause in my lease about damage to cabinets -- no nails, push pins, other sharp objects (I've had tenants hang pictures with pushpins on side kitchen cabinets, screwed in hooks to hang things) and that stains and damage to cabinetry will not be considered normal wear and tear.

Calling a plumber to do this is a waste of money.Yes, washing a sweater or other hand-washable items in the bathroom sink is perfectly reasonable.

Ideal for hospitals, schools, hotels/motels, nursing homes and office environments where a highly washable and stain resistant finish is needed. ( http://www.iciduluxpaints.com/ourbrands/PaintCoating.jsp )I'm very chemically sensitive and was able to be in the house the next day with no negative reactions/no odors.

It's not often enough, but it's better than nothing.The third rental doesn't require filter changes - it's a wall furnace with washable filters.
