Ron Vien I don't know the area just know that often times section 8 can be good in low income areas.

I tend to agree with @Jim Viens @Brady Hanna  @Jane Alstatt and @Mike D'Arrigo unless you have someone on the ground very experienced in the tougher areas of KC it is usually best to focus elsewhere.
